Return & Exchange Policy
We accept return for an exchange on certain merchandise, which are being clearly specified that return for exchange is allowed. Not all products sold in our website are returnable, especially those are sold during clearance sales event/period.
How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Return Exceptions
Some items can not be returned if they have been worn, technically or purposely altered, malfunctioning due to not following usage guidelines/instructions, and/or fall out of manufacturer warranty period.
Order Cancellation & Refund Policy
We accept order cancellation with full refund from buyers, with condition that such order has just been made within less than 6 hours and the purchased merchandise still has not been delivered or handover to 3rd party shipment service provider. We may consider request of processing refund for products has been shipped out but not yet opened and still in unused conditions, however it is at our solely discretion whether to process the full refund request. Under such condition, we may deduct certain portion of payment to reimburse our processing and/or shipping fees.

1. Please email us to request a return for an exchange and we will assign you a tracking number.
2. Deliver your returned item to the address we advise during the return request.
3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
