Payment Policy
We accept payment via internet banking, bank direct deposit or transfer, credit card payment by VISA or MASTERCARD, and payment via Paypal.
We DO NOT ACCEPT face-to-face cash payment, cash on delivery payment.
For payment by Internet Banking, Bank Direct Deposit or Transfer, you must provide us the proof of bank-in slip or bank transfer reference photocopy or scanned copy for our verification purpose.
All orders will go through the process of payment verification prior to order shipment. Please note that shipment maybe delayed if you are unable to provide the valid proof of payment reference or supporting documents.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We ship domestically & selected international countries.
We offer FREE SHIPPING for shipment to Peninsular Malaysia for total purchase of more than RM100 (excluding all taxes, handling & processing fee).
Upon order placement & successful payment verification, we will ship out the order within same business day if the purchased merchandise is in stock. In certain cases whereby ordered merchandise is fall out of stock or lesser than order quantity, the shipment process maybe delayed until it has been restocked. In the event of we are unable to deliver the merchandise after 30 days of order placement, full refund on such merchandise will be processed for buyers.
For domestic shipment, we will use Poslaju, GD Express, and CityLink. For international shipment, we will use Pos Malaysia international courier services, DHL and/or FedEx.
Please note that we ship to physical addresses only and DO NOT ship to P.O. Box or Mailbox Addresses.
